Pekan Budaya Sumatera Barat 2011
West Sumatra Cultural Week 2011 is held in the region of Tower Payakumbuh from September 11th through the 17th 2011. Many cultural events aspects of West Sumatra (Sumatera Barat) were celebrated, and dignitaries from throughout the region were in attendance.
The opening gala event took place with music and dance performances as well as a cultural parade procession. The opening event was witnessed by thousands of people and received very enthusiastically.
